Silent Auction
On May 20th was achieved the Silent Auction, having as its Godmother the contractor and volunteer Erika Franco. Counting with the help of companies and volunteers, more than 130 products was donated and with the sold products we were able to collect R$4.950,00, guarantying free after school program to 11 children, during 3 months, on the Terra Livre in School Project.

Changing Lives Program
From June 12th to 19th happened the 1st Edition of Changing Lives Program. 18 North Americans from the state of California went to Brazil to meet and give their contribution to the projects of the organization, intensively living during this week the practice of SOLIADARITY. The Changing Lives Program was a success. It has impacted on the American volunteers' lives, mobilizing them to solidarity actions!

TL Educational Center
The TL team had a meeting with the administration of the Association of Teen Contractors, and the Commercial and Industrial Association of Aparecida de Goiânia (CIAAG) and the CIAAG Teen trying to sensitive the local contractors and set solids partnerships for the construction and maintenance of the Center that will benefit a total of 500 children starting in 2009.

Helder is 3 years old and is one of the kids from the Project Casa dos Curumins Day Care in Alto Paraiso. Last year doctors diagnosed him with leukemia, and since than his parents and him had to move to Brasilia, leaving their jobs, friends and family.
